Janaki Nair

Janaki Nair is a former professor of modern Indian history at the Centre for Historical Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She is the author of the books Mysore Modern: Rethinking the Region Under Princely Rule (2011) and The Promise of Metropolis (2007), among others.
