Surya Parekh

Surya Parekh is Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Binghamton University. His monograph Black Enlightenment (under contract to Duke University Press) investigates the necessity of the Black subject to the Enlightenment. He has published in 19th Century Literature and Postcolonial Directions in Education.
