Shanta Gokhale

Shanta Gokhale is an Indian writer, translator, journalist and theatre critic. She is best known for her works Rita Welinkar and Tya Varshi. She received the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 2015 and the Tata Literature Live! Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.
